Fat Loss During Ramadan - How To Lose Fat And Gain Muscle During Ramadan

I found an interesting nutritional day this week the secret behind weight gain during the fasting month (Ramadan) reveals.During Lent, many believe that there is a significant weight loss, because the food can be eaten just before sunrise and after sunset.  During the lunar month, or, if you go on a diet, your body interprets reduced calorie intake as a threat to their own welfare. Your body then goes into what we call the mode "Survival". So if a meal for the first day or two jumps, your body will experience a slight weight loss. But in survival mode, your body will adapt to the reduced caloric intake, help to survive. Some of the adjustments that must be carried out of the body:

Reduce your metabolism.Save more fat and muscle burns fuel.So imagine driving a car with little fuel left. What would you do to ensure maximum mileage for fuel to reach the remaining the next station? Maybe the air conditioning and the stereo is off. Finish your window pull your vehicle to reduce. Driving at a constant speed. This also applies to your body, if you feel that it will come less food. It is as free muscles of all unnecessary luxury. Obviously to go on a crash diet is not the best way to lose weight.

Although inevitable to keep its the same eating habits and frequency during Ramadan, there are a few things you can do to minimize the effects of weight gain.Eat more foods rich in protein. Protein burns in your body and take longer to digest. This will ensure that you stay longer satisfied after a meal.Include more fiber in your diet. Consuming more multigrain bread, fruits and fibrous vegetables. Fiber is known to help lose fat. So go ahead and eat as many servings of vegetables as possible during your morning meal.

Avoid simple carbohydrates. Much of our staple food is rice in Asia. Like all other simple carbohydrates, its main function is to provide instant energy for our bodies available. But during Ramadan, where energy production is reduced, there is really no need to consume carbohydrates. Excess carbohydrates are stored as fat! Therefore, it is really a bad idea to eat rice especially during Ramadan, especially during dinner.

Continue with a little practice. Muscles are a high maintenance resource in your body. A pound of muscle burns more calories than fat five times. If the muscles are not used frequently, or used, your body will be very happy to get rid of it, to ensure that their "survival". So what you want to do, is a test of the body, which still need the muscles. While the energy levels are low during this time, you can try to do some basic gymnastic exercises such as pumps, squats and burpees body weight to keep your metabolism and prevent muscle loss.Try to take over the four tips above during the month and see for yourself how you will be able to keep your hard earned muscle and prevent weight gain.
